We understand one of the primary wants of a person considering a home is pictures. A picture is worth a thousand words is very appropriate in relation to purchasing a home. It helps you get the feel of the home. I generally try to take a picture of the outside and 3 to 4 photos of the inside.
Modular Home Design:
After having a chance to review
photos of our manufactured homes you will notice that the modular
home designs have changed over the years. As factory built
homes have increased in size, the simplistic mobile home plan
has
gone by the wayside and been replaced by exciting new designs and
functionality. Modular home design is now making use of the
latest in drafting technology to make the most out of every square
inch.
Mobile home decorating has come
along way as well. Gone is the old 70's style carpet and in
comes thicker padding and quality floor coverings.
Dark paneling
is out and fresh colors are in. We decorate most of our lot
models so you can get a feel how your living room set may fit or
that dining room table. Mobile home decorating is unique to
every person. You may want to go country style or perhaps
modern.
Options:
Finished Drywall:
We offer finished drywall in
all our Horton Homes, in the Fleetwood Entertainer and the Fleetwood
Anniversary. Generally we order it to come in unfinished and
then hire a drywall contractor to finish the drywall on site.
This
is good from a couple stand points: 1. We do not have as much repair
from cracks due to shipping. 2. Gives the customer a
choice of colors.
Moen Faucets:
In our Horton Homes we have moen faucet packages available. Moen is a premier brand in terms of quality and appearance. Moen represents years of experience and innovation. From the time that Al Moen invented the single lever faucet up to today, Moen has been delivering quality plumbing fixtures.
Architectural Shingles:
All our Horton Homes offer architectural shingles as an option. Architectural shingles have a very nice "shake" look and are also thicker than a regular three tab shingle. We have both the black and the driftwood available.
Fiberglass Tubs and Showers:
Standard in our Horton Models and optional on some of our Fleetwood models. The Fleetwood entertainer model comes standard with a fiberglass tub/shower combination and a deep tub in the Master Bath. Our fiberglass tubs and showers feature durability and one piece construction for easy cleaning.
Our "Glamour Baths" generally feature dual sinks, a separate tub and stand alone shower.
Porcelain Sinks and Toilets:
Porcelain bath sinks are an option on any of our Horton Homes. And porcelain toilets are standard on all our toilets.
Home Theater System with big screen TV and DVD Player:
Our Fleetwood entertainer comes with an in wall home theater system featuring a big screen TV and DVD player. Come see this beautiful home today!
Deluxe Appliances:
Side by Side Refrigerators: There is nothing like the convenience of a side by side refrigerator with the built in ice maker in the door. This is definitely one the most requested features we receive on a weekly basis.
Smooth Top Stove: We offer smooth top stoves on virtually every home we sell. Fleetwood carries the "Whirlpool" Brand and Horton "GE". Easy is the keyword.
Microwave: We have a built
in microwave option for most of our homes.
Tucked away above
the stove is the usual place.
Dishwasher: Most everyone wants a dishwasher. We offer dishwashers as an option in every home we sell.
High Roof Pitches: 4/12, 5/12, 7/12, 12/12:
We have high roof pitches available on our Horton Homes. We have a model on display with a 7/12 roof pitch. The higher pitch has definite residential eye appeal. A high roof pitch on a modular home combined with a permanent masonry foundation really makes a home blend in with other homes that are site built / stick built.
James Hardie Siding Products:
James Hardie "Hardiplank" lap siding is 5 times thicker than vinyl siding and is resistant to cold, humidity, flying debris, flame spread, and insect damage. A very low maintenance product. Termites won't eat it and moisture won't rot it.
OSB Wrap:
OSB wrap is a wood panel product offered as an option in placement underneath the siding. This option is available on most models. OSB is a widely accepted product. It can be purchased in your regular home improvement stores such as "Home Depot and Lowes".
Thermal Pane Windows:
Thermal pane windows are an option
available on any of our homes.
Beautiful and energy efficient.
